Chris is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers, one of the country's premier legal associations and which is comprised of the top 1% of the construction bar of the United States. Chris has extensive experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts involving a wide variety of project delivery systems. His experience also includes employment law matters, shareholder litigation, insurance coverage disputes, trust and estate litigation, professional licensing law, products liability law, state court receivership litigation, and all manner of construction law proceedings. He has extensive trial experience, jury and non-jury, in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Chris actively represents all segments of the construction industry in negotiating and implementing projects, and in resolving disputes when they arise. He has helped LMKBW solidify its reputation as one of the pre-eminent construction law firms in the New England Region.
