- Advised numerous employers on wage and health benefits rollbacks, workforce reduction, open window retirement plans and concession bargaining.
- Represented a local municipality in renegotiating contracts with its teachers' union, requiring a substantial reduction in salaries and benefits. City has been successful enforcing a renegotiated contract resulting in the savings of $9 million in the initial phase. The union has vigorously contested the City's efforts through the Rhode Island Superior Court as well as the State Labor Relations Board but has been unsuccessful.
