As a result of the litigation, the construction manager collected in excess of $5 million following the arbitrator's award issued in December 2007.
- Defended a wrongful termination claim asserted by a contractor against a hotel developer seeking $2.6 million. Obtained an arbitration award striking all of contractor's claims and awarding approximately $600,000.
- Selected by the American Arbitration Association to arbitrate the largest bridge construction dispute and the largest building construction dispute in the history of Connecticut.
- Selected by the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority to represent it in defense of $25,000,000 tunnel jacking claim on the Central Artery/Tunnel Project in Boston.
- Represented electrical subcontractor that went out of business on a public project gone awry, in suit brought by general contractor against the company and its bonding company. Persuaded the bonding company not to honor the general contractor's demand to complete the project under the performance bond and thereafter obtained jury verdict against general contractor for unpaid labor, materials and equipment.
