Matthew F. Medeiros has nearly 40 years of experience in complex litigation throughout the country, including antitrust, securities, employment discrimination, contract, fraud and partnership and shareholder litigation. Matt has represented plaintiffs and defendants, in hundreds of lawsuits, involving literally billions of dollars of damages claims. He has a reputation for exhaustive trial preparation in complex litigation, particularly jury trials.

Daniel K. Kinder concentrates his practice on labor and employment law, and related litigation, including grievance and interest arbitration, pension and EEO litigation, and representing employers in various other labor cases before state and federal courts. Dan has served as lead counsel for management in some of the most well-known labor and employment conflicts throughout the New England Region. John D. Deacon, Jr. has handled all types of business dispute resolution over a period of more than 30 years. He has tried more than 50 cases to judgment, approximately half of which have been jury trials.

Thomas M. Madden counsels for profit and not for profit businesses on a variety of contract, real property, intellectual property and general governance issues. He represents both lenders and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, with a particular expertise in SBA 504 asset backed lending for which he is an SBA designated closing counsel. With a significant background in shareholder disputes, Tom is at times involved in related derivative litigation and majority-minority shareholder negotiations.
